Marketing Officer Responsibilities

• Facebook: Update with meeting dates and times, share topical news and information, promote society plans and events

• Twitter: Update with meeting dates and times, share topical news and information, promote society plans and events (currently outsourced to Rob Morris)

• Website: Manage society website, including meeting information, news, plans, events and history

• Create Publicity Plans: Collaborate with directors andproducers to create comprehensive publicity plans for each production/event, including dates and deadlines

• Manage Publicity Plans: Chase and monitor deadlines and requirements to ensure the plan is actioned correctly

• Roses Theatre Liaison: Work closely with Caroline Lawrence (Roses Marketing)

• Poster/flyer distribution

• School mail outs

• Organise/write newspaper/magazine articles

• Arrange radio interviews

• Take rehearsal and performance photos to distribute on social media and website

•Create and distribute roadside publicity boards

• Manage the use of TADS display banners (x2)

• Network with other societies and organisations

• Attend monthly meetings and the AGM
